We had a fantastic evening at Blue Rock on Thursday with Pierce Pettis. His performance was stunningly beautiful and soulful. Now this is what I’m talking about! We heard three brilliant new songs and Pierce’s gem, “You Move Me” (the Garth Brooks hit). The room was full of great energy and interesting people. Proceeds from a packed house went to the artist and dessert funds were given to support the new Wimberley Community Center. We loved hanging out with Pierce and his family (wife, Michele, and sons, George and Owen) who stayed awhile Friday to play and rest up for the tour. The concert and a terrific interview were recorded in HD audio for archives. Huge thanks to all who helped make this a great event. — Billy
